And it's in this setting that delicious, traditional cheeses are made.

Join the family for a workshop on how to make giuncata, a traditional local fresh cheese. Guided by Lina, the farm's passionate owner, you'll have the opportunity to discover the methods she uses on a daily basis. You'll make giuncata by hand and take it with you in a reed container wrapped in fig leaves.
