From sipping sake with a master distiller in Japan to deliciously on-brand purple ice cream in Australia, each destination is a springboard to new horizons.

Wherever we go in the world, we embrace the culture around us so you get a taste of the destination while feeling right at home. That's why Mercure hotels are bringing you 1000 hours of local flavours in partnership with artisan suppliers, featuring authentic ingredients sourced in our localities. From dawn to dusk, you’ll enjoy outstanding seasonal produce, from Indonesian goat’s cheese in Dalat to butifarra sausage in Barcelona.
Our teams have created succulent three-course menus to deliver you a festival of colour and flavour. In Bangkok, discover the true taste of Thailand with deep-fried prawn and chicken pancakes, or embark on a journey of Kenyan gastronomy with live cooking demos in Nairobi. Our creative mixologists are also getting into the celebrations, with limited-edition cocktails in Florence, Brisbane and many more destinations in between. These authentic flavours are only available for 1000 hours (42 days) from November 1st to December 13th.
