Beyond a plain shop front lies an ordinary restaurant dining room. Inside, an old Franche-Comté clock presides from the back. But in fact, hidden behind the clock is a cocktail bar, similar to those Prohibition era bars of New York. Yet at Symbiose, nothing is illegal. The owners, Lucas and Simon, serve cocktails concocted from French liqueurs and spirits from around the world. A highly discreet voyage, to be enjoyed with moderation.
