Not far from the confluence of the two Belgrade rivers, on the New Belgrade side there is a park. On the first glance, there is nothing special about it, but when you start paying attention, you will notice that in the park there is an alley exactly 180 meters long, with trees planted every 8 meters. And all trees are sycamores. Let your gaze wander towards the roots of those trees and you will see names next to each one of them, names of people from history.
The whole park has been planted by different state leaders, politicians. All in an effort to symbolize friendship of the nations and how only together people can change this earth for something good and grow and be strong. The city of Belgrade that has been fought over, conquered and destroyed numerous times is the perfect home for such a park.
