Do you like taking pictures? We'll let you in on a little secret. There’s a spot in Hamburg that’s the perfect harbour photo location: the Waltershofer Damm embankment and the Tankweg road. To get there, take ferry No.62 to Bubendey-Ufer, and from there you can continue on foot. From the embankment, you have a great perspective on the entire container port – and it’s guaranteed to be completely without other tourists. You can also watch how the container ships are loaded and unloaded. And another tip… In the summer months, the sun goes down over the water – perfect for sunset shots!
