All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid on the date of reservation and during your stay. Unless otherwise noted.
No cancellation charge applies prior to 23:59, up to 1 day prior to arrival (local time). Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
Interruption of stay
In the event of interruption of stay for a stay of several nights, the same conditions will apply: any night canceled before 23:59 the day before will be refunded: for example in the event of reservation of a stay of 3 nights and cancellation at 12 noon the day after the 1st night, only the last night will be refunded.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in and check-out times vary from one hotel to another and will be stipulated in the conditions of sale at the time of booking.
Child policy
The child policy varies from one hotel to another. Details will be provided in the conditions of sale at the time of booking.
Members' rate conditions
Anyone wishing to take advantage of the Members’ rate must be, or become, an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member. Members must show their card at check-in (or their membership number if they are yet to receive their card). No more than 2 rooms may be booked at the Members' rate per member and per stay
