What better way to see Madrid than from its famous ‘Teleférico’? From Pintor Rosales street, the cable car takes you over the Manzanares River and into Casa de Campo, the largest park in Madrid. Casa de Campo is home to the Parque de Atracciones amusement park and Madrid Zoo. During the breathtaking 2.5 kilometre ride, listen to the recorded commentary and keep an eye out for some of the city’s most recognisable landmarks. These include the Plaza de España, the Egyptian Temple of Debod, the Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral, all seen from a completely different perspective. The only downside?
