We stayed for one night in this hotel and we found the room ageing although our one bedroom suite was spacious. The cleanliness of the room was not perfect. The worst part was actually the breakfast. The staff was completely overwhelmed and the service was poor. The orange juice machine was jammed, crockery was missing, could not find cups… Not a great experience.

The hotel is nice and welcoming with comfortable and clean room. Stayed there for a week and the staff were really helpful and welcoming especially Ms Rokeya Khatun at the Reception who has been assisted us and is focused on her job. Had a really pleasant stay!

We stayed 4 nights. I accidentally slipped late at night and the hotel reception staff (Mr. Slim) quickly came to my aid. Their kindness and customer service was truly amazing. I will never forget it. The double suite rooms were large, clean and had great kitchen facilities. The concierge staff were helpful whenever we needed assistance. Thanks so much on behalf of our family.

Warm Friendly welcoming staff nothing is never to much trouble when we arrived we were upgraded to an apartment which was amazing very clean and spacious great views location is brilliant will definitely be returning here on are next trip.
