Starting from Piazza Rosmini there is a hill that ends in a funnel.
The origin of the name Noriglio says a lot about the hamlet of Rovereto positioned at the end of quite popular road among cyclists due to its inclination: the term orel means “funnel” in local dialect, and is used to define the area found in a valley seemingly formed by lots of funnels.
Noriglio has extremely ancient roots and the areas it is composed of actually all have interesting names, referred to its native families or to natural elements.
