The aviation museum is a rarity in Italy, because there are only few theme parks dedicated to aviation which occupy a vast area of one hundred thousand square metres.
In the modern style pavilion there have been uniforms and flight suits on display since the beginning of the twentieth century. Photos, films and models of aeroplanes lost in battle, medals and honour badges of the great pilots of the past, among whom Gabriele d’Annunzio and Italo Balbo. On the outside of the park you will find various models of historic aircrafts.
Beyond visiting the collection dedicated to air models exhibited in the Italo Balbo pavillion, the museum organises events and days for enthusiasts.
