St Gilles was, at the beginning, a little town crossed by kings with their armies, thiefs and murderers. But the town has also been wandered over by the great artist Victor Horta (Art Nouveau) and the Industrial Revolution, with its great inventions and factories. St Gilles was constantly in development. The overall goal was to bring a maximum of persons from all around the world to this little town. It worked and the city was a real Melting-Pot (a total of 140 different nationalities sharing the same space and that interact between them to live together). Since then, the town has given various country names to its different streets such as “Rue de France” or “Rue d’Angleterre”. Can you find the street name of your country?
