Thingyan Festival

World Explorers
If you love a good water fights (and who doesn’t?), then don’t miss the chance to experience Thingyan Festival in Myanmar. The festival, commonly known as the Water Festival, marks the Burmese New Year according to the lunisolar calendar, which usually falls around mid-April.
