The service in hotel is ok, not outstanding and do not offer many amenities.

There was a problem with my shower door, that caused all the water from the shower to go in to the bathroom, despite reporting it was not fixed and i was not offered any compensation,

Convenient location - close to place of business and just behind train station so easy to commute.

Overall good experience. Nice room, love that there is focus on sustainability and "rewards" for being green and skipping some room cleaning. Opportunities to improve: When cleaning, ensure all things are checked and topped up - I had to ask for toilet paper, shower gel was empty, etc. And CHF15 for room service tray is really exorbitant!

The only difficulty we had was understanding the parking. There is a Mercure sign on the -1 level, but guests are supposed to park on the -2. That was very unclear.
