Popped in here for a bite to eat and a cocktail or two staff are really friendly and well mannered the food we had was delicious a lovely tasty burger and the cocktails are superb ( Courtney makes a great expresso martini ) love clean place and kept at a hight standard

This is an impressive relatively new, modern hotel with nice rooms, great view, and good modern facilities. Decent parking and great Wi-Fi. All the marks of the Mercure Group, which I stay at often. Housekeeping here is poor, our room needed vacuuming and had several cup stains on the windowsills. Reported to reception on the way out and on our return the carpet was still half full of crumbs, the stains remained so we cleaned them away ourselves with wipes, it isn't hard is it. Breakfast selection is not up to boarding house standards, buffet style with dry scrambled eggs only, liquid jam and dreadful coffee from the machine. The bar ran out of most beers and wines during our weekend stay, much to the frustration of staff and customers. On the good side the staff, especially in the bar and restaurant, are just great, friendly and engaged, some are young and may need a bit of training but we were so impressed by their warmth and enthusiasm. They are a great asset and a delight to be with. Had a great steak on the Sunday evening with impeccable service, even with a large party in the hotel. With a tweak here and there, this could be a wonderful hotel.

This was an expensive option for a special break, so with it came high expectations. First the good, our room was very nice, it was a Privilege room which was large, with a great view of the sea over the road and playground, very modern and clean and the bed was comfortable. The other areas of the hotel were also modern, stylish and clean. Now the not so good. Breakfast was very poor, the cheapest ingredients, and not much selection, probably the poorest we've had at any class of hotel. The hotel also felt very clinical and impersonal which we didn't like, although I guess some guests might like that. Parking is £15/day. Overall we were disappointed with our stay, for the money we paid it didn't live up to our expectations, if you're going to charge premium prices, you need to deliver a premium all round experience. That said, it has the potential to be much better.

Lovely fresh hotel. Rooms good size, clean, bed size spacious with quality bedding. Room has just about all you need. Bathroom shower water runs everywhere when using,floor not designed well to manage this. Staff hard working and never stop,could do with more staff. Breakfast wasn't the best experience, not laid out well,not enough crockery or cutlery, food not replenished quick enough for customers. Ideal location near the sea. Good local transport. Dont rely on hotel car park it's very small and expensive

L'hotel è nuovo e ben arredato in stile moderno, perfetta la posizione sulla passeggiata della spiaggia, ma il servizio è tutto da rivedere!!! Disorganizzazione e personale giovane ed inesperto. Scarsa scelta nella colazione e nella cena. Da migliorare 😂
