Overall, my stay experience was good, however, I was wondering why we were not given the room with balcony. Also, the room booking was supposed to be under my name, "Norman L.", but somehow it changed to my second room booking name "Wanlaya R.". I have asked to make the change in name at check-in, as I am concerned that I will not be getting the accor points. Please kindly look into this and revert to me soon. Thank you. Could not close the room curtains Shower flooded the bathroom floor Restaurant food very ordinary and was cold before I could eat it all The UNANNOUNCED lockout that prevented me using my Accor membership for discounted dining was UNACCEPTABLE
