Great location. Good transport links to anywhere on the island. Good and pleasant communication. Clean room. Plentiful and tasty breakfast for all tastes. The rooftop pool with a great view added to the cosiness and holiday feeling. Met all expectations.

Insect infestation

The room we stayed in, 903, had walls that were improperly sealed. There were holes in the walls around outlets and the kitchenette which enabled ants? or some kind of insect into the room in this huge pile that got into my partners belongings. This was disgusting and took a lot of efforts on our part to have this taken serious by the hotel. We even asked to speak with the hotel manager and we were never contacted by them despite us asking many times as a result of this issue. I would never stay here again and would never recommend this hotel to anyone, not even my worst enemies. Again, this was absolutely disgusting and should’ve been handled with a lot more seriousness from hotel management. Very insulting that management could’ve even bother to make it a point to speak with us after such a gross issue at their establishment and after us asking multiple times. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel was lovely and clean very modern, would recommend to anyone to stay. Only thing we found about our room the draining was very slow, when showering the water would overflow out onto the bathroom floor and the sink was very slow to drain, and water only on arrival. Other than that it was a great hotel to stay with lovely staff.
