disappointed, after parking car, we had to bring trolley to and from hotel. it would have been a different story, if it had been raining as there is no cover to unload your car. Long walk to Wests restaurant. Staff there were very good, food excellent but breakfast was the barest essentials, particularly in the cereals department. Reception staff were, overall, good but in cases of receiving rewards for evening meal, it was disappointing.

Somehow my booking as part of a group got cancelled but the front of house were fantastic in working through its reinstatement. A very pleasant experience and full credit to the team doing such a good job.

Room is spacious and comfortable, clean enough. Staff were okay and food at the restaurant wasn't too bad.

TV not working. Raised it with front of house, attempted to fix it, then left with out it being fixed. Then never returned.
