What should I do if my Business Plus card (ex- Accor Favorite Guest Business card) is lost, stolen, or damaged ?

If your Accor Favorite Guest Business card is lost, stolen, or damaged:

  1. Sign in to your account on all.accor.com
  2. Request a duplicate card in the <<My subscription cards>> section

The duplicate is free.

While waiting to receive your card, you will also have the option of printing it from your account.
