Terrible service nobody refilled the buffet I barely had any food and drinks waited more than half an hour then they close an hour later without refilling worst breakfast experience in Abu Dhabi I wouldn’t recommend again to come to this hotel

This hotel is walking distance to the mall and beach. My room was spacious, had a kitchenette and washing machine/dryer. I thought I’d take advantage to wash my clothes before going home but unfortunately the dryer didn’t dry my clothes very well and I had to check out soon. After a few phone calls, concierge took my wet clothes and got them back to me in an hour or so! If they didn’t offer this service my entire suitcase would’ve been wet during a 14hr flight home. Great base to explore Abu Dhabi from. The room was very clean and well equipped. All the staff we met were efficient, friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the breakfast and city views the next morning. It was easy to Uber or drive to places we wished to visit.
