2 people for check-in with queues of 8 people in each line - other staff seemingly swanning around. An unacceptably long wait! Room Service app not helpful, unable to make notes or special requests ......... I ended up having to go down to the restaurant because there was no-one to answer calls. I had to call down on a few occasions and the phone was picked up only once. (I tried concierge, room service and reception) The room was full of MOTHS and was old, tired, marks on walls, not clean enough, malfunctioning (air-con, toilet button) Overall a terrible stay. The only redeeming feature was the very lovely lady on breakfast.
