Good Stay Except Injured Fingernail from Using Gym Equipment

Very good stay, very good breakfast and excellent staff. The only negative experience was the gym - design of the free weights rack. While it was my own negligence which hurt my fingernail when I placed the weight back on the rack, the design of the rack holding the weights made it easy for such accident to happen when the user is not mindful when putting the weight back on to the rack.

Faith Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Check-in and check-out was smooth. Staff was always attentive, friendly, and helpful. One day, I had locked my laptop in the safe. I was rushing because I had to leave for a training by 7:45. It was 7:39 and I knew I was going to miss my shuttle. The staff came right away to help and I still managed to make it to the bus with time to spare. I really felt like a guest in this establishment.

2nd times stay here. That is very good about staff (especially about front office, very helpful). Breakfast is ok but not many options. I’m really impressive for this return, maybe 1st stay have covid-19. I will comeback upon come to Hanoi.
