Despite the facilities of Spa were out of use ..We had a lovely afternoon for our Spa Treatment ..From The Spa Reception Hannah/Scarlet /Danika and Emily ..Very welcoming and made morning very enjoyable..Loved the “Relax”Room and greeted by Hannah with a free glass of Prosecco.My facial was very good by Emily and she was very friendly..Will return in the near future .Hopefully Will have some good offers on ..Thank you all for making our day a “memorable “ one ..Will recommend..Lisa H Lewis

Have just returned from another fabulous stay at Holland House. From arrival to departure all of the reception staff were welcoming and professional. Rhys and his colleague in the bar were also very friendly and professional. We stayed on the 15th floor which exceeded our expectations with great views across the city. I have stayed here several times and will definitely return.

Hotel location is great and ideal and room was clean, tidy and comfortable. However, the reception area appeared disorganised and rushed- throwing a couple of laptops onto a bench does not make an inviting or welcoming reception. Gym was OK but getting tired The pool.......the website uses multiple images of the pool in its advertising and it was a factor in choosing the stay. But to be then told its an extra £10 per person to use is a rip off frankly......£20 for a 30 min swim in a crowded small pool, crowded hot tub. Absolutely ridiculous and it was not clear at all that its £20 extra. Then we have parking.........I understand its city centre, I get that it can get abused but £21 extra to park at the hotel was yet another addition. Is Accor becoming a budget airline, extra charges for absolutely everything? Staff were very good and almost embarrassed with the extra charges they had to put on. Faulty TV got repaired promptly and professionally. Not sure I'd come back though.

Thank you Ruth at reception very welcoming with big smile on the face. Explained everything how to use the spa facilities lovely hotel with spa facility. Can book separate booking for other spa treatments. Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Everything nice and clean. Recommend highly as it’s central to city center. Will be back.
