It's great to know that you appreciated the upgrade from the Ibis and the excellent deal that included breakfast and dinner credits. We are pleased that you found your room lovely, clean, and comfortable. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the shower soaking the floor and will look into this issue. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the parking charge and are glad it did not affect your stay. It's wonderful to hear that Alex and the rest of our staff provided friendly and helpful service. We will pass on your kind words to them. We apologise for the breakfast experience not meeting your expectations, particularly the lack of hotplates and the quality of some buffet items.
