Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Wiener Altstadt bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Betten waren in Ordnung ansonsten sollten die Zimmer mal renoviert werden. Abends ist es rund ums Hotel recht laut, da es viele Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, von der Qualität her aber recht durchschnittlich. Das Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich, abends in der Bar aber teils überfordert und auf überpünktlichen Feierabend bedacht. Da wird dann gerne mal eine halbe Stunde vor Ende abkassiert und lautstark aufgeräumt. Der Gipfel war, dass wir am letzten Abend Bier in einem ungespülten Glas serviert bekommen haben.
