As a regular customer the staff proposed me the All accor membership card. I booked 2 rooms for last monday, I was surprised to get a room for disabled persons, which I am not. I want to have a regular shower and/or a bath. When I spoke at receptionist, the lady told me that I had booked with an all accor login, so they gave me the room that they could not book easily. After a discussion she proposed me to change the room (which means that there were other rooms available. I come to one of your hotels in Chartres 6 times a Year, as well as in Le Mans (6 times a year of more). The lady was even not very nice and got in discussion instead of listening.
