The staff were lovely at reception and we had an upgraded room which was a nice treat. The room itself was clean and tidy with the added benefit of slippers, robes, coffee machine and biscuits. Yes the hotel is a little worn in some areas but nothing that would or should upset your stay. The hotel is in a great location and for the price you really couldn't ask for more. We stayed half board and the evening meal was very good, the food was fresh and again the staff in the dining area were also lovely. Ignore any bad reviews. Book it and make up your own mind. That's exactly what we did and I'd definitely stay again!!

We always enjoy our visits to your hotel. We had a good stay, the only niggles were that there wasn’t any water in the room fridge and there was a smell when you opened the shower door. I’m sure these are small oversights that can be easily rectified. We will be back soon.
