Dear Mrs. M., We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Please rest assured that we take your feedback very seriously. We are also quite surprised by your comment regarding the smell of cockroach spray, as we do not use such products in our establishment. Nevertheless, we will conduct checks to understand what may have caused this inconvenience. Regarding the condition of your room, we deeply regret that you encountered these issues. This is not the level of quality we strive to offer our guests, and we will take the necessary actions with our team to ensure this does not happen again. Finally, we understand that waiting for the elevator may have been frustrating, especially during peak times. Unfortunately, when many guests need to use it at the same time, it can be difficult to further improve the flow, despite our efforts to optimize it.
