Dear Mr P., Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We regret that you found the room smaller than expected and that the ventilation system caused discomfort. Your comments regarding the noise and temperature control are important to us, and we will have our maintenance team check the system to ensure proper functionality. Regarding the size of the room, we would like to inform you that we have different types of rooms to better suit our guests\' needs. In addition to our standard rooms, we offer Privilège rooms with garden view, as well as our Deluxe rooms with balconies. Both types also include a complete amenities kit, a minibar, and a Nespresso machine for added comfort. Concerning the LED flashes from the smoke detector, we understand how this could have disturbed your sleep. Safety is our priority, but we will look into possible solutions to minimize any inconvenience for our guests. We are really sorry that you were unable to rest well and remind you that our staff is available 24 hours a day to assist guests with any needs. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve our services.
