We are sincerely sorry that the service did not meet your expectations and that the follow-up from our reception team was not as prompt as it should have been. In regards to the breakfast, we apologize for the lapse in maintaining our high standards of food quality and availability. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, especially in our dining areas, and we will certainly look into this matter to ensure it remains so. Nonetheless, we are pleased that you found our hotel\'s location to be convenient, with easy access to the metro for exploring the city. Our breakfast restaurant, L\'Ambiance, takes pride in offering a full buffet with both warm and cold items to cater to diverse tastes. However, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced with the air conditioning system during this stay. Our rooms are designed with individual temperature controls to ensure guest comfort, and we regret that this feature did not function as expected in your case. While we appreciate that our team provided an electric heater as an immediate solution, we understand your preference for a room change.
