Long story short we needed a room on short notice, our friend lives a couple of doors down, so the location was perfect. The room was just too tiny for two adults. Since it was for one night, we stayed but as a silver status I felt like a “normal” sized room would be standard.

Very good but a little confusion at check in and check out. You bill the visit up front when I arrived rather than using my card to prepay my stay, with an allowance for extras, which would then be finalized at check out. I've never seen that before. Usually it is a hold of funds on the amex and a final settlement at checkout. In addition the local city tax was charged at check out. Why wasn't it charged at check in along with the rest of the prepayment.

My usual place to stay when spending one or two nights coming back from long trip in Africa. Appreciate the kindness, effort and support from all the team. Spécial kudos to Mr Julien for doing his best to accommodate early checkin, to Mr HUY NGO in the reception as well as the room cleaning lady.
